Grégory NINOT

Grégory Ninot est professeur à l’Université de Montpellier depuis 2008, spécialiste de l’évaluation des interventions non médicamenteuses dans le domaine de la santé (INM). Il a été recruté dans cette université en 1999 en tant que maître de conférences. Il dispose d’un double cursus universitaire complet en sciences du sport et en psychologie appliquées à la santé. Depuis 2021, il est directeur adjoint de l’Institut Desbrest d’Épidémiologie et de Santé Publique, UMR 1318 INSERM – Université de Montpellier. Il est chargé de recherche à l’Institut du Cancer de Montpellier depuis 2018. Il est membre de l’Institut Universitaire de France depuis 2024. Il a fondé en 2011 une plateforme universitaire collaborative de réflexion épistémologique sur l’évaluation des INM à Montpellier devenue société savante internationale en 2021, la Non-Pharmacological Intervention Society. Il a co-fondé en 2016 un réseau de recherche international sur les essais cliniques évaluant les interventions comportementales de santé, l’International Behavioural Trials Network. Il est professeur associée à l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Il est l’auteur de 14 ouvrages et de plus de 18 publications scientifiques s’intéressant en particulier à l’évaluation et l’implémentation d’INM dans différents secteurs de la santé.

Gregory Ninot is a full professor at the University of Montpellier since 2008, specialised in the evaluation of non-pharmacological interventions (NPI) in the healthcare field. He has a complete double degree in exercise science and psychology applied to health. He is associated director of the Desbrest Institute of Epidemiology and Public health (INSERM, University of Montpellier) since 2021. He is a research fellow at the Montpellier Cancer Institute since 2018. He is a member of the Institut Universitaire de France since 2024. In 2011, he founded a collaborative academic platform in Montpellier for participatory research dedicated to NPI evaluation methodologies, which became an international scientific society in 2021, the Non-Pharmacological Intervention Society (NPIS). In 2016, he co-founded the International Behavioural Trials Network, an international research network on clinical trials evaluating behavioural interventions. He is an associate professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is the author of 14 books and 181 scientific publications, most of which concern the evaluation and implementation of NPI in several health fields.
